How is this therapy based on science and nature developed?

This therapy is based on a combination of (a) somatic education, (b) body-centered psychotherapy and (c) neurophysiological studies. It takes inspiration from the way animals in nature manage stress and threat as humans possess innate resources to regulate and neutralize high levels of arousal associated with survival behaviors.
